Hi, I’m Anastasia. 

An ever-curious food lover, experience seeker, mother, and creative woman.

I was born into a family of nine in Sarasota, Florida, and grew up between my parents’ bookstore on Main Street—back when it was still relatively quaint—and the woods of old Florida, where they built our family compound. We grew up with home-cooked meals and grew our own gardens to gather from.

That contrast between stories, nature, and a strong sense of place shaped the way I experience food.

For nearly a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working as a personal chef in private homes, including high-profile families, where I discovered the deep joy of creating meals that nourish both body and spirit. What began unexpectedly became a calling—one rooted in care, presence, and the simple, powerful act of sharing food.

My approach is intuitive, eclectic, and ever-evolving, drawing from a wide range of cuisines and flavors. While my tastes continue to grow, I’m especially drawn to vibrant, fresh seafood—something that feels both natural and inspiring, having been raised along the Florida coast. I’m guided by a health-conscious, ingredient-forward philosophy, always seeking balance, beauty, and depth of flavor.

I believe the most meaningful meals are not just about what’s on the plate, but how they make you feel—relaxed, cared for, and fully present.
